Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or when item was delivered by mail.
Contact must be made within 72 hours of the item being delivered to be eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is approved, shipping will be paid by the customer.
