This means it may come a bit softer when it arrives to you, and there is potential for some oil marks on the packaging due to slight melting. Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or when item was delivered by mail.

Contact must be made within 72 hours of the item being delivered to be eligible for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
