This is a BIG ASS Tote. 18" x 18". Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or when item was delivered by mail.
Contact must be made within 72 hours of the item being delivered to be eligible for exchange.

If your exchange is approved, shipping will be paid by the customer.
